It is always important in the recreation industry to invest in your employees and acquire new knowledge. After a successful training 'Guest-Oriented Working' in collaboration with Adapt, we are now introducing a new, valuable training: 'Guest-Oriented Working and Dealing with Trouble'. This training focuses on increasing hospitality and improving skills in handling complaints and difficult guests.
