CMS Manual
Below you will find the manual for CMS 5.0. In several videos, we explain how to add photos, create pages, and make adjustments to your own website. If anything is unclear, you can always contact us and we will be happy to assist you personally, this can also be done through our support (support@prosuco.nl). At the very bottom, you will find tutorial videos for optional modules, such as a special offers page and a FAQ page. Interested? We are happy to tell you about the possibilities!
- Open the CMS.
- Click on Page in the menu on the left. Here you see all pages.
- Click the blue Add button at the top right.
- Fill in the internal name / URL (do not use strange characters)
- Check the box Active on the right.
- Fill in the Metadata. This way your page will appear in Google.
The meta title can be up to 70 characters.
The meta description can be up to 150 characters. If you enter more characters, they may be cut off in Google search results. - Click the blue Save button at the bottom. Now your created page appears in the page overview. It is possible to edit the page from here.

- Click on Page in the menu on the left. Here you see all pages.
- Choose the page you want to edit and click on the square with a pencil (located to the right of the date).
- Click on Blocks in the white menu.
- Scroll down to the blue content block and click on the square with a pencil in the bar of the text block.
- Here you can edit the text.
- When you are finished writing the text, click the blue Save button under the block.
- Click on Page in the menu on the left. Find the page and click the eye icon to view the page. This way you can see if you are satisfied with how your text looks.
- If you now go to the page on the website, it is updated. If it is not yet updated, press Ctrl + F5 at the same time to refresh the page.

- Click on blocks in the white menu.
- Scroll down to the blue content block and click on the square with a pencil in the bar of the text block.
- Select the text you want to make a heading (we recommend starting with heading 2).
- Click the format button and select heading 2.
- Click the blue Save button at the bottom.
- Click on Page in the menu on the left. Find the page and click the eye icon to view the page. This way you can see if you are satisfied with how your text looks.

- Scroll down to the blue content block and click on the square with a pencil in the bar of the text block.
- Select the text you want to make a button.
- Press the link button (Insert / edit hyperlink).
- Fill in the link URL and optionally add a title.
- Press oké.
- Click the format button and select primary button (note: keep the text selected!).
- Click the blue Save button at the bottom.

5. Adding photos to the image bank
- Click on media in the menu on the left.
- Here you see all images already added to the image bank.
- Click the black Add files button at the top left.
- Click select files and upload the images you want to add.
- Optionally add a tag (to categorize files, making them easier to find).
- Click the blue Start upload button at the bottom right.
- Click the blue View overview button at the bottom right.
- The image is now added to the image bank.
- Click the cross at the top right to return to the CMS.

6. Editing or adding environment/facilities
- Click on Service in the menu on the left.
- If you click on Type, environment and facilities are listed.
- Click on Category. Here you can edit and add various facilities and environment items.
- Choose the page you want to edit and click on the square with a pencil.
- Scroll down. Here you can adjust everything such as the Short description,Description, Meta title and Meta description.
- Click the blue Save button at the bottom.
- If you want to add a facility or environment item, click Add at the top right.
- Fill in all details and click the blue Save button at the bottom.
- Under Service > Item you can create subcategories within a category.
- Example: Animation (category) with subcategories such as animation program, activities, sports and games, activities for the youngest kids, etc.

7. Adding environment/facilities photos
- Click on Service in the menu on the left.
- Click on Category.
- Choose the page whose photos you want to edit and click on the square with a pencil.
- Click on Images.
- Add additional Images and optionally a Banner.
- Add your desired Overview image.
- After entering the images, click the blue Save button at the bottom.

- Click on Accommodations in the menu on the left.
- Then click on Accommodation.
- Choose the accommodation you want to edit and click on the square with a pencil.
- Here you can edit the Short description, Description, Metadata and Type of stay properties.
- The Meta title can be up to 70 characters.
- The Meta description can be up to 150 characters. If you type more, it may be cut off in Google search results.
- Click the blue Save button at the bottom.
